Internal Network (Intranet):
Having access to all kinds of information regarding the Group, all employees have the possibility to be directly informed about various issues of the company, such as internal news, new products and services, developments and initiatives of the Group, and to be properly and reliably informed about the policies, procedures and systems of the company.
The user-friendly Intranet constitutes a live and bidirectional communication medium, which promotes direct and effective information about the Group’s events.
Annual Meeting of Executives:
Once a year, a two-day meeting is organized outside the company for the executives of the entire Group, aiming to exchange opinions about the strategy and course of the Group. At the same time, the opportunity is given to all for better acquaintance in a place outside the working environment.
Monthly Meetings:
Once a month, executives of the company meet with the management and exchange opinions on important issues which concern the course of the company and its further development.
Employee Events:
Traditional New Year’s Cake Cutting: In the context of the celebration of the New Year, an event is organized for the Traditional Annual Cutting of the Cake for all employees.
Athletic Events:
We support the athletic ideal and Fair Play, participating in various events organized in Athens, such as the Classic Marathon of Athens and the Round of Athens. Additionally, this year, we will organize “competitions” and “athletic days” for various activities like basketball, football, cart, paintball.
